Account Deletion Policy & Request

Request Account Deletion via Email
Send your deletion request directly to contact.agomonii@gmail.com. Please send your request from the email address registered with your Agomonii account.
Verification & response time: 24–48 hours
1. Notice of Account Deletion & Data Rights
Agomonii (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your right to control your personal information. As a registered user, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data stored on our servers at any time.
2. How to Initiate Account Deletion
You can initiate account deletion using either of the following two options:
Option A: In-App Deletion (Agomonii Mobile App)
- Open the Agomonii App on your mobile device and log in.
- Go to Profile > Settings > Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm your request.
Option B: Direct Email Request
- Send an email to contact.agomonii@gmail.com from your registered email address.
- Subject Line: Account Deletion Request
- Include your full registered name and email address for verification purposes.
3. Verification & Processing Timeline
The account deletion workflow consists of the following phases:
- Step 1 — Verification: Our support team verifies that the request comes from the legitimate owner of the registered email address to prevent unauthorized account deletion.
- Step 2 — Session Invalidation: Active login sessions across mobile apps and web instances are terminated immediately.
- Step 3 — Data Purge (7 to 30 Business Days): Your account profile, personal preferences, and saved hoplists are permanently erased from our databases within 7 to 30 business days.
4. What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained
a. Permanently Deleted Information
- Personal identification details (Name, registered email address, profile picture).
- Saved collections, custom Hoplists, saved pandals, and visited location history.
- Social sign-in links (Google OAuth tokens), session logs, and push notification tokens.
b. Anonymized or Retained Information
- Public Pandal Reviews: Any written reviews or ratings you contributed to public pandal pages will be anonymized (disassociated from your identity) so community content remains intact without personal data attached.
- Legal Audit Logs: Security operational logs required for statutory or regulatory compliance are retained strictly for the duration mandated by law.
5. Permanence & Irreversibility
Please note that account deletion is final and permanent. Once the process is finished, your saved hoplists, visited logs, and personal settings cannot be recovered or restored. You are welcome to create a new account in the future using the same email address, but past account history will not be carried over.
